problem with hardware id

umm i just got this error problem with hardaware id its nto resgisterd to this cpu umm the problem is i juts Registered it 2 min ago then it tells me to reload it then i did and it gave me this error WTH happen please help me and now i didnt do anythign like change a hardware or anything
it weas 2 minute apart

my mistake it says this account not regiesterd to this CPU sorry aboutt hat but yeah still cant get it working just bough the s4 hacks too then downloads the software i needed then i logged in and it said i had to restart the application before i restarted the application i tried to see if i can download the hack it said i am not vip then i checked forums it said i am then i restarted app then this error came up this accoutn not Regisered to this cpu
