Well the trick is very easy to do... Before you delete the old counter strike just open "GAMEDIR\platform\config" folder and find the file "ServerBrowser.vdf" Copy or Cut that file somewhere because he contains all of your servers in the Favorites tab. After installing the new counter strike just replace the "ServerBrowser.vdf" in the "GAMEDIR\platform\config" folder.
