1. Write "play media/gamestartup.mp3" (without ") in (Standard: C:\\Programs\Steam\YOURNAME\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg\valve.rc) (Open valve.rc with Editor).

2. Create a Folder in, (Standard: C:\\Programs\Steam\YOURNAME\counter-strike source\cstrike\sound\ with the Name "media".

3. Put into the Media Folder any ".mp3" File with Filename "gamestartup.mp3".

4. Try it
